MMA DFS Picks: DraftKings Expert Survey for UFC Fight Night – Royval vs. Taira
Who is your favorite fighter to spend up for in cash games?
h3budda: Taira
Moneyball16: Pearce
Bward586: Taira
What are your thoughts about stacking the 5-round fight in cash games?
h3budda: This is a 5-round flyweight main event where you should have a great floor. These guys come to fight at a fast pace. As a whole, the fight is +120 on DraftKings to go the full 5 rounds as of Friday afternoon. I like this fight a lot for both sides – high-paced striking with a potential scramble-fest where you get a lot of points.

Moneyball16: Despite this one having solid odds to go the full 5 rounds(+120 on DraftKings as of Friday afternoon), I’m on the fence about playing Royval in cash. Stacking does get you a guaranteed win, but Royval’s odds to win are not great for his price, and historically Taira has been hard to score against. Taira is a cash lock.
Bward586: Taira’s grappling-heavy style could make it hard for Royval to score points even in an extended fight, which normally would make me somewhat less interested in stacking this one. However, I have a very hard time finding any cheaper fighters I’m comfortable with in cash, so I don’t see a way to pivot from Royval. I’ll be begrudgingly stacking this one.
Which fight are you most likely to avoid and why?
