MMA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for UFC Fight Night – Gane vs. Spivac

What are your thoughts about stacking the five-round fight in cash?

eys819: This is a tough one this week. The loser is likely to score poorly, and I think we can find just as much upside from other fights. My current lean is to start with Spivac, as the other value options are not great on this card. I’m not sure the ceiling of Gane is high enough to where I need to lock in a loss with the stack.

Moneyball16: I don’t think this one is a stack despite a smaller slate and a relatively close 3-2 fight. It does not have great odds of going the full 5 rounds, and Ciryl Gane just has not been a good fighter to target either side of in DFS. He doesn’t grapple, and he has been very hard to score against outside of his fight with Jon Jones. Either side is a fine option, but I wouldn’t stack.

h3budda: This main event is tricky because one fighter is very likely going to score close to zero. I expect Gane to be the play here because he is -125 inside the distance. If Spivac wins, it would be through grappling and negate any scoring for Gane. You could punt with Ghemmouri who has an opponent who cannot finish at a high rate.

squirrelpatrol: I don’t think it’s necessary to stack this one in cash, but it’s not crazy to stack it if you don’t like any of the lower-priced underdogs. There’s a good chance this fight ends inside the distance, and it may not have a particularly high pace.
