MMA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for UFC Fight Night: Song vs. Gutierrez

What are your thoughts about stacking the five-round fight in cash?

eys819: The pace of the fight is the concern for this one, but we have a good chance to reach the additional rounds, and that should help the striking volume. I think you’re definitely locking in Yadong and then deciding if you want to limit your risk by taking Gutierrez to guarantee you have the winner. Alternatively, you could opt for a little more win equity upside with the fighters priced just above Gutierrez.

Moneyball16: Neither of these fighters can be expected to land many takedowns, and both are good defensive fighters. But it’s almost a coin flip to go the full 5 rounds, so I think this is a stack in cash.

h3budda: You are dealt a great value when you take $7,100 Sumudaerji on this slate. He is the first click for cash games. With the main event underdog right near him, I am hesitating to play him as a +300 ‘dog. The pace of the main event will be dictated by Yadong, and that’s my second click on this cash build. Gutierrez would need a barn burner to sniff cash games, and he just doesn’t have enough volume.

squirrelpatrol: I would stack this fight in cash, with the chance that the fight goes to the extra rounds and overcomes what could other be a lower-scoring fight. I think you want to lock in a win with the possibility of extra rounds rather than risk Sumudaerji taking a loss.

What is the fight you are most likely to avoid and why?
