Monday NBA Lineups
FanDuel – 65k Cap

It’s a big 7 game Monday and there’s plenty of game-time decisions and stomach viruses going around to make this a very eventful fantasy day with lineup scrambles happening all the way up until tip-off. Here’s who I am targeting at each position tonight along with their values on FanDuel. I’ll start off with Centers since that is the first position I like to eye on FanDuel since there is only one spot available. Best of luck to all!
Center
- Top-Tier – Amare’ and Dwight – $9,200 and $8,900 – Amare’s really become the star the Knicks saw he could be since acquiring him. He’s had at least 48 in his last 4 games, and is starting to become worth the money. He has the Timberwolves and Darko tonight, so he could put up big numbers, but its worth noting that Turiaf is expected to return tonight. Meanwhile, Dwights’s back from a stomach virus and playing the Hawks in his hometown. Last time they played he had 27 and 11.
- Roy Hibbert – $7,400 – Hibbert has been awful since 11/22, but he’s got to bounce back sooner or later. Plus his price has probably dropped because of this so he should be a buy-low.
- Andrew Bogut – $7,100 – He’ll be a popular pick after his huge line last game and against the center-less Heat, but I’m weary of his ability to put those numbers up consistently. He didn’t do it often last season when he was fully healthy.
Also Noteworthy – Darko Milicic
Point Guard
- Top-Tier – Westbrook, Rose and Deron are all priced accurately at the top and have been clutch this season. Try and grab any of them if you can.
- Mike Conley – $7,200 – He’s put up at least 30 in 4 straight and he’s priced relatively low.
- Tyreke Evans – $7,800 – He’s had an awful start to the season so he’s still priced low. He played 41 minutes last game, has the Clippers tonight, and is capable of exploding any game.
- Brandon Jennings – $7,800 – He’s shouldering the load with the Bucks having so many players hurt right now and the Heat have no PG, so I can overlook his inconsistency for now.
- Low-Tier – Mike Bibby – $5,700 – for the $55ks Mike Bibby is worth consideration as long as Joe Johnson is out.
Also Noteworthy – Baron Davis
Shooting Guard
- Top-Tier – Dwayne Wade and Eric Gordon – There’s such a steep dropoff after Wade and Gordon that you should try and get 1 of them tonight…or maybe both if possible.
- Jamal Crawford – $6,400 – Joe Johnson is out a while. Someone has to step-in for his production, right?

Small Forward
- Top-Tier – KD, LBJ, Granger and Gay – Durant is back to his usual self and LBJ might have turned a corner after the Cleveland game, so play both as usual. Meanwhile Granger is in a slump and could be inconsistent all season. Of the four, and for the price, I like Gay tonight. He’s been consistent and I could see a close shoot-out vs. the Jazz tonight. With Deng and Ilyasova taking hits with the return of producers to their lineup, you likely will need to grab at least 1 of these 4 tonight.
- Brandon Bass – $5,500 – Ryan Anderson is now out with the Flu and Bass has started to get comfortable with and look good with his increased minutes and role as of late.
Power Forward
- Top-Tier – Kevin Love, Bosh, Josh Smith – For the prices, Kevin Love is the only real consideration here.
- Blake Griffin – $7,900 – Sacramento has some trouble in the front court, and Blake Griffin is…just…sick. He’s the talk of the NBA this season, and is a star that’s here to stay. He’ll be in the Top-Tier pricing soon enough. Get him while he’s not.
- Carlos Boozer – $5,900 – Last game he had a 25-9-1-1-1 line. It looks like he’s found his old self, though I wouldn’t expect the same line vs. OKC tonight.
