More NFL Betting Tips, Player Props for Packers at Bears
Yesterday we looked at four different player props for Thursday night’s NFL Week 1 matchup between the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears.

NFL Betting Picks Week 1 — Packers at Bears Player Props
Geronimo Allison Over/Under 3.5 Receptions
Before a freak injury ended Geronimo Allison ‘s 2018 season, Aaron Rodgers had targeted the Green Bay wide receiver 29 times through four games. In three of those games, Allison had five receptions or more, and he had at least 64 yards receiving in all four games.
As Evan Silva astutely points out in his Matchups column (a must-read for anyone playing fantasy football) at Establish The Run, “slated for the Mahomed Sanu role under ex-falcons assistant LaFleur, Allison ran over half of his preseason routes inside.”
With McCarthy gone, Green Bay won’t be passing as much, but Allison can still expect a healthy dose of action. With Equanimeous St. Brown on IR, there’s really no threat to the 25-year-old’s playing time. The Packers could trail by a lot in this game, as they did in Week 1 against the Bears just a year ago. If so, Allison will have even more opportunity to go Over 3.5 receptions. This is my favorite bet of the night, and it’s not even close.

Allen Robinson Over/Under 4.5 Receptions
Mitchell Trubisky targeted Robinson a ton towards the end of the season in 2018. Robinson had 5-6 receptions in three of his last four games. With TE Trey Burton still questionable for their Week 1 matchup, Robinson could be an even bigger target for Trubisky. I don’t feel as confident about this Over as Allison’s, but it’s good enough to play, especially if Robinson is matched up against Jaire Alexander, who Robinson has a 4-inch/20+ lb physical advantage over.
