This weekend we head to Watkins Glen for the Mission 200 At The Glen. The race is Saturday at 4pm ET on The CW. Practice and Qualifying is Saturday morning. We will have a tight window, but I should have everything posted by 3pm ET. For a third straight season, there is a new tire code for Watkins Glen. It’s the same tire code they ran at COTA earlier this season. Shane Van Gisbergen, Connor Zilisch, and Ross Chastain will be racing with the regulars this weekend. I’ll be using recent road course data, recent Watkins Glen data, 2026 speed, practice, and a few other things when building lineups. I’ll factor in practice a little more than usual this weekend. I also think I’ll weigh COTA from earlier this season a little more.
NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series DFS Picks: Mission 200 At The Glen
The stages are 20, 20, and 42, which is a total of 82 laps. With 82 total laps, we’re looking at 36.9 fastest lap and 20.5 laps led points. I could see different strategies in that second stage, like staying out running till 30 laps to go and pitting, trying to make it on fuel from there.
