This weekend, we head to Charlotte Motor Speedway for the Ecosave 200. The race is on Friday at 5:00 PM ET on FOX. This is the first time ever the Truck Series has run a fall race at Charlotte on the oval. This is the same tire they used earlier this season and at most of the high-speed intermediates this season. I will be using recent Charlotte data, recent 1.5-mile data, practice, and a few other things when building lineups. There have been at least 5 cautions in 9 of the last 10 races here. Earlier this season, we had 11 cautions for 53 laps, which was a Truck track record of cautions. Last season, there were only 3 cautions for 20 laps. The race has been won from 10th or better in 7 of the last 10 races here. The weather looks good on Friday, but we will be dodging weather all weekend.

NASCAR Truck Series DFS Picks – Ecosave 200

The stages are 30, 30, and 74, which is a total of 134 laps. With 134 laps, we’re looking 60.3 fastest lap points and 33.5 laps led points. After cautions, we’re looking at 80ish dominator points. The optimal lineup has had one dominator in 11 of the las 12 races here.
