This weekend we head to Bristol Motor Speedway for the UNOH 250. The race is Thursday at 8:00pm ET on FS1. In 2024, the Trucks started running a Spring race at Bristol. With the race earlier this season, we have some usable recent data. Bristol is a .533-mile steep track with a concrete surface. The best comp for Bristol is Dover, but the Truck Series hasn’t raced at Dover since 2020. On top of that, we have a new right-side tire code this weekend that the Truck Series hasn’t used here before. Track history and practice data are the two biggest factors for me on Thursday night. I’ll be using recent Bristol data, practice data, 2026 speed data, and a few other things when building lineups this weekend.

NASCAR Truck Series DFS Picks – UNOH 250

The stages are 65, 65, and 120, which is a total of 250 laps. With 250 laps, we’re looking at 112.5 potential fastest lap points and 62.5 laps led points. Over the last five seasons, there have been anywhere from 4 to 11 cautions.
