NBA DFS Core Plays LIVE: Thursday, February 16th
Andy Means (meansy53), a former Duke basketball walk-on, will be bringing Premium subscribers his top NBA DFS plays to build around on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Everyone’s favorite, Notorious, will be guiding you on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And on weekends, the GPP maestro you all know and love, STLCards, takes the reins.
GENERAL SLATE THOUGHTS
11:30 AM ET – It’s hard to believe, but the NBA All-Star break is upon us. The festivities are in Utah this year, so I will be attending as many of the events as possible. Some of you are looking forward to the break to recharge the batteries after the long daily grind of the NBA season and some of you will be wondering what you are going to do with all of that extra time not spent on NBA research. I have a few ideas — start a new show, read a book, get started on that workout routine you promised yourself you would do at the start of the year, do some minor home improvements (I will be installing new lights in my house), or do your taxes.
My personal favorite is to take the time to learn and play a new sport. We have a great golf tournament going on right now (Tiger Woods is playing) and we’ll have showdown content for the next three rounds. The Daytona 500 is this weekend and StevieTPFL is the best in the industry at NASCAR content. We have CSGO in full swing and you can always catch myself and Cheese in those streets. We have picks for all sports flowing in daily on ScoresAndOdds and if you like betting on props, make sure to join the RotoGrinders Discord and check out Chief’s Prop Shop.
We only have three games on the schedule tonight and only one of them (Bulls) is playing in the second half of a back-to-back. There aren’t too many injury situations to monitor, which always makes the slate a little easier to break down. Here’s a quick recap of the injury report:
Out
Pat Connaughton
Jae Crowder
Bobby Portis
Norman Powell
Kevin Durant
Landry Shamet
Cam Payne
Doubtful
Alex Caruso
DeMar DeRozan

I’ll start working on the team previews and the initial set of player rankings. Grab a cup of coffee and see you back here in a bit.
