NBA DFS Core Plays LIVE: Tuesday, February 14th
Andy Means (meansy53), a former Duke basketball walk-on, will be bringing Premium subscribers his top NBA DFS plays to build around on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Everyone’s favorite, Notorious, will be guiding you on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And on weekends, the GPP maestro you all know and love, STLCards, takes the reins.
GENERAL SLATE THOUGHTS
10:30 AM ET: First of all, happy Tuesday everyone. Including this one, we only have three more slates until the All-Star break. I just got back from Nashville and the RotoGrinders Super Bowl party and had two main take-aways. The first is that there is nothing better than seeing old friends for the first time in years and feeling like no time had past since the last time you saw each other. The weekend was full of funny memories (many of them were thanks to Kevin Roth) and I’ve never felt closer to everyone here at RotoGrinders. Experiences like that make me motivated to bring the best possible content to our amazing premium members.
The second take-away is that legal sportsbetting is the absolute nuts. I live in Utah and we might be the last state to legalize betting. I have to drive across the border to Nevada or Wyoming when I want to make bets. There are always other paths to bet, but none that are recommended. I can’t tell you how much fun myself, Stephen Young (StevieTPFL), and Will Priester (Chief) had live betting anything and everything all weekend. The only negative was that I picked the wrong horse for the Super Bowl, but luckily my prop bets made it a profitable day overall. Outside of a couple injuries to the RG crew, it was another incredible trip to Nashville.
I suppose we should get back to talking about basketball. As usual, I’ll give my team breakdowns here in a little bit. We only have five games on the schedule and four teams are playing in the second half of a back-to-back: the Magic, Wizards, Blazers, and Warriors. Let’s take a glance at the injury landscape of the slate:

I’m going to drop the little man off at school (backpack in tow this time) and then I’ll start on the team previews and the rankings. Let’s have a day!
