NBA DFS Core Plays & Top Picks for Friday, November 6th
A daily fantasy sports OG, Notorious has been roaming the DFS streets ever since they were invented. He has racked up multiple live final seats and several six-figure tournament wins in his DFS career. Each weekday, Noto will walk you through the featured NBA DFS slates on DraftKings and FanDuel. On the weekends, Taylor Smith will take the reins.

Happy Friday!
Last night was one of those slates where I stopped checking the scores. I thought my main lineup had no shot at cashing in tournaments, so I didn’t even bother checking. When I logged on my computer to do the NBA First Look, I noticed that my DraftKings balance was higher than it was before. I genuinely thought I got credited for some promotion that I didn’t know about. I’m not sure how I cashed last night, but I somehow min-cashed in all of my contests. Sometimes the best nights are when you win and weren’t expecting it.
If anyone has any new shows that are good, send them my way. We mostly like comedies, but we loved Severance, Beef, and White Lotus as well. We are currently watching Nobody Wants This, Traitors, Brothers, Ted Lasso, and Dancing with the Stars. Before you say anything, I’m a firm believer that a happy wife is a happy life. If I have to watch a dancing show for an hour a week, so be it. If you know of a show that we need to add to the rotation, send me a message.
Do you know what I’m tired of? People booking showings for our house who can’t get approved for enough to actually buy the house. The last two showings went over their allotted time, so we felt good about them. Unfortunately, they both asked for seller financing. No, I do not want to be the bank. If I wanted to hunt down your payment every month, I would just rent the house out while continuing to pay down the mortgage. Anyway, we have another showing tonight at 9:15 PM ET, so hopefully this is the one.
Cheers to the weekend. Let’s kick it off with some wins in NBA DFS. I’ll be on Grinders Live with Dean and Beer if you want to join us at 5:40 PM ET.
Slate Overview
We have 9 games on the schedule tonight, but the sites have decided to split them up into a 7-game main slate and a 2-game late slate. We already have a bunch of big names ruled out, and we have a bunch of notable names listed as questionable. There doesn’t appear to be a ton of obvious value early in the day, but I expect that to change by the time lineups lock.
