A big congratulations goes out to the Brewers and their fans for winning the World Series. I’m not sure what our own Beermakersfan is up to at this moment, but I hope he celebrated like no other last night. You better believe I will be doing just that if the Jaguars ever win the Super Bowl or if the Jazz win the NBA Championship.
Our house showing got cancelled last minute last night, which wasn’t ideal. The good news is that we have another request scheduled for Saturday. All it takes is one, so I remain hopeful. The goal is to be out of here by the holidays, but we need a good offer for that to happen. I remain hopeful.
Halloween is only 2 days away, so I hope everyone has their costumes figured out. I typically don’t dress up (if I do, it’s just throwing on a jersey or something), but the kids obviously love it. We have no coordination whatsoever this year, as we have Michael Jackson from Thriller, a creepy alien with a black cloak, and Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz.
I’m realizing that my introduction went from subject to subject without any effort at a segue. It’s been a long week.
Slate Overview
We only have 3 games on the schedule tonight, but it’s actually a fun slate for DFS. The SAC/NOP game has the most appeal, but I also have my eye on the MEM/POR game. I plan to be underweight on the Cavaliers/Hawks, as it’s the worst game environment. To make matters worse, both teams are playing on the second half of a back-to-back and their third game in four nights. And to make matters even worse, both teams are expected to have all of their key players available tonight.
With only 3 games on the schedule, don’t be afraid to stack an individual team or an individual game.

I added these to the NBA First Look as well, which also includes notes for teams playing on the front end of a back-to-back and for teams playing 3 games in 4 nights. This way, you don’t have to manually pull up the schedule to figure out which teams are playing on short rest.
