Happy Friday!
We have finally made it to the weekend. It’s going to be a good one. We have 3 straight days of NFL playoffs, full slates in the NBA, the Sony Open, NHL, college football, and MMA all on the schedule. Regardless of which sport you like to watch, you should be covered this weekend. If you haven’t checked it out yet, we have NFL content for all of the slates. We are rolling out separate articles and surveys for the 2-game Saturday slate, the 3-game Sunday slate, and the Monday night Showdown slate. We also have rankings for players from all of the games if you are playing the 6-game slate.
Now, let’s talk some basketball. We have a 7-game slate on tap tonight, which is the sweet spot when it comes to my preferred number of games on the schedule. There aren’t too many to where it’s overwhelming, and there aren’t too few to where there aren’t enough options. The Warriors and Magic are both playing on the second half of a back-to-back, while we don’t have any teams playing on the front half of a back-to-back. Both FanDuel and DraftKings are rolling out a 7-game slate. You love to see it.
We are keeping the vibes high today! Let’s dive into the team previews.

News Updates
This section will be updated as injury news is released throughout the day.
Team Previews
Golden State Warriors (at IND)
The Warriors are playing on the second half of a back-to-back and have yet to submit an injury report. We expect them to be without Brandin Podziemski, Andrew Wiggins, Gary Payton, and Jonathan Kuminga, while we’ll have to wait and see the rest of the team. They draw a favorable matchup against the Pacers, who are 7th in pace and 22nd in points allowed per game. This is a good spot on paper, especially if Golden State is shorthanded. I’ll circle back with an update.
Indiana Pacers (vs. GSW)
The Pacers are still without Aaron Nesmith and have listed Tyrese Haliburton, Myles Turner, and Quenton Jackson as questionable. Haliburton’s absence would give sizable boosts to T.J. McConnell, Andrew Nembhard, and Bennedict Mathurin, while Turner’s absence would result in another spot start for Thomas Bryant (39 fantasy points on Wednesday). We’ll certainly want to keep an eye on the injury news here. The Pacers have a mediocre matchup against the Pacers and come into the game with a team total that is close to their season average.
