Core Plays LIVE: NBA DFS Picks for Monday, November 4th
A daily fantasy sports OG, Notorious has been roaming the DFS streets ever since they were invented. He has racked up multiple live final seats and several six-figure tournament wins in his DFS career and has long been one of the top NBA DFS minds in the industry. On weekends, Taylor Smith takes the reins. Their Core Plays LIVE article will zoom out on the slate as a whole, zoom in on the best NBA DFS picks, and constantly update as news breaks. Whether you are diving into the slate 5 hours before it starts or 5 minutes before it starts, Core Plays LIVE has everything you need for your DraftKings and FanDuel lineups.
Happy Monday!…or is it? Because the NBA is going dark on Tuesday for Election Day, the league decided to jam tonight’s schedule with a full 15 games. No 2 games are starting at the same time, as they all tip off every 15 minutes between 7:00 PM ET and 10:30 PM ET.
DraftKings and FanDuel are handling things differently to make things even more complicated. The DK main slate is an 8-gamer that only includes the games between 7:00 and 8:45. They also have a few smaller turbo slates you can play if you’re interested in the late-night games. FD’s main slate is the whole enchilada, a 15-gamer with every game on the board.
Fortunately, we’ve got you covered. We’re likely in for some mayhem, and I’ll be here all day long to document it. I’m also going to be on Crunch Time at 6:20 ET to try and sort through everything heading into lock.
Without further ado, let’s get into it.

Milwaukee Bucks (at CLE)
The Bucks had so much fun losing to the Cavs on a buzzer-beater on Saturday that they’ve decided to schedule another head-to-head showdown. The struggling Bucks are 7-point road underdogs here with Giannis Antetokounmpo carrying a questionable tag due to a groin injury. That’s potentially slate-altering news, and we’ll luckily get it out of the way in the first game of the night. Giannis sitting would clear a ton of usage for Damian Lillard (34%) and playing time for Bobby Portis. Brook Lopez, Gary Trent, and Taurean Prince would be candidates to see smaller usage boosts. If Giannis plays, he and Dame would really be the only Milwaukee players on my radar.
