Whether you are diving into the slate 5 hours before it starts or 5 minutes before it starts, Core Plays LIVE has everything you need for your DraftKings and FanDuel lineups.
Happy Tuesday!
I am looking forward to tonight’s 4-game slate. At this point of the season, 12 games are about 5 too many for DFS. As mentioned yesterday, it’s an exciting week in the golf world. We have the 5th major on tap this week at THE PLAYERS Championship. DraftKings has 2 Millionaire Makers posted, and both sites have a ton of great DFS contests. We’ll have you covered for all of your PGA DFS needs — projections, survey, articles, ownership, and a show tonight with myself and Justin Van Zuiden.
Let’s dive into tonight’s NBA DFS slate.

Team Previews
Brooklyn Nets (at CLE)
The Nets have been a difficult team to trust this season given their volatility and inability to keep games competitive. They come into tonight’s contest against the Cavaliers as 18.5-point underdogs and have a team total of only 104 points. This is also the second half of a back-to-back, which is far from ideal. We don’t have an official injury report yet, but Cam Thomas and Trendon Watford are currently nursing injuries.
As it stands with everyone in the projections, there’s not a single player with a positive RGValue on the Nets. I know this is a small slate, but I have a tough time prioritizing anyone on Brooklyn, given the large spread and the fact that they are the Nets. With that said, D’Angleo Russell, Cam Thomas, Nic Claxton, and Cameron Johnson are all garnering about 20% projected ownership early in the day.
Cleveland Cavaliers (vs. BKN)
The Cavaliers draw an exploitable matchup against the Nets, although this is a pace-down game with blowout potential. The Cavaliers are listed as 18.5-point favorites and have a team total that is nearly identical to their season average. The spread is a concern, as is the fact that Cleveland should have all of their key players available.
For single-entry contests and cash games, I would essentially treat tonight as a 3-game slate. There’s not a single player on either team with a positive RGValue or a high optimal rate in LineupHQ. This doesn’t mean Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, Evan Mobley, or Jarrett Allen aren’t capable of a ceiling performance, but it’s tough to prioritize them given the health of the team and the fact that they could all see limited minutes in a game with such a big spread.
