Who is your favorite player to spend up for in cash games?

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
tcsmith031: I’ll play single-entry GPPs. Tonight’s rematch against the Pelicans is basically a must-lose game for the Jazz for tanking purposes. As a result, I’m quite reluctant to get too invested into this team after they scaled back the minutes for Isaiah Collier and Kyle Filipowski in this same matchup the other night. Even on a tiny 3-game slate, I’d rather prioritize getting to value options from teams like NOP, LAL, GSW, and TOR.
Bobby Gomes: I will make up to 3 lineups for large-field tournaments and start by loading up on the NOP/UTA game, which boasts a close spread (-6.5 Pelicans) and an implied game total over 245. I will be targeting Jeremiah Fears, Herb Jones, Zion Williamson, Derik Queen, Jordan Poole, Bryce McGowens, and Saddiq Bey. It is a small slate, and Luka Doncic will be the centerpiece of every build.
TJ Zwarych: My preferred tournament format tonight is single entry, as I don’t like mass multi-entering on slates this small. I’ll completely omit the Wizards and focus mostly on the Raptors and Pelicans. If Keyonte George were to sit, I’d load up on the Jazz as well, but I’m expecting him to play.
