What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
tcsmith031: This is a great slate for large-field, multi-entry tournaments, and I’ll play primarily on DraftKings. I’ll look for some cheap value in the early games, but I like the idea of correlating some of the more expensive pieces in the WAS/PHX late-night hammer on DK. Jordan Poole is one of my favorite mid-range plays on the slate, and he’s easy to pair with either Devin Booker or Kevin Durant from the Suns’ side of things.
Krayton: I will be playing single-entry contests once again tonight, and it is a great slate, as ownership is projecting to be pretty spread out. I will be looking to be more overweight on the WAS/PHX game over on DK, and on both sites, I will be looking to be overweight on high-end guys like Amen Thompson, Karl-Anthony Towns, Jalen Brunson, and LaMelo Ball, who aren’t looking to be carrying much ownership.
ncorfield8k: Large-field tournaments. It’s a large slate with several high-end players with Q tags. It’s impossible to know whom to play this early in the day, but it’s easy to forecast that this will be a great slate for late swap. The Pelicans-Hornets game is too enticing to ignore entirely, but I may skip everybody from the Pistons-Magic game and save extra spots for late swap opportunities.
TJ Zwarych: I’m back to playing 150 lineups in large-field contests tonight, trying to get overweight on NOP/CHA, TOR/ATL, UTA/MEM, and WAS/PHX (on DraftKings). It’s a big slate, but I’ll basically be eliminating a few games, dropping it from 9 to 5 or 6. Outside of maybe a couple of stars like Amen Thompson and Cade Cunningham, I’ll be excluding players completely from HOU/CLE, DET/ORL, and LAL/GSW.
Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?

Robert Brown (aka Epignosis) was having lunch at a sports bar. A football game was on. He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
