What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
tcsmith031: I’ll fire some single-entry GPP darts tonight. I’m likely to fully fade the first game of the night (BKN-DET), effectively giving myself another hour to wait for news and lineups with the other games all starting between 8 and 8:30 PM ET. The Grizzlies look like a good source of value in an advantageous matchup against the shorthanded Spurs, while I plan to pair Giannis Antetokounmpo with Kyrie Irving as a high-upside MIL-DAL mini game stack.
ncorfield8k: Large-field tournaments – Every game starts within 90 minutes of lock, so this should be an easy slate for late swap. With it being a smaller slate, I’ll likely do more game stacks and hope one of the games separates. I particularly like MEM-SAS. These teams have ranked in the top six in pace over the past five games. And HOU-SAC has a close spread and playoff implications.
TJ Zwarych: I’ll be playing 150 lineups in large-field contests, with my favorite core to build around being a Damian Lillard, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Kyrie Irving game stack. Although they’ll each be fairly chalky individually, I don’t think many people will be playing the three of them together, more likely choosing between Dame or Giannis.
