What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
tcsmith031: I typically lean toward single-entry contests on smaller slates like this one. I recommend taking a light approach when it comes to your bankroll as well. It still looks like Luka Doncic may go overlooked from an ownership standpoint even on a 2-gamer. He hasn’t played up to his standards so far this season, but I plan to make him a priority if the field is going to go in a different direction.
Krayton: I will be playing single-entry contests, but I do like getting to more 20-entry max tournaments to mix and match the single-digit ownership on guys like Anthony Black, Javonte Green, and Naji Marshall in hopes that they get more minutes. I will definitely be playing much lighter on just a 2-game slate.
TJ Zwarych: Single-entry tournaments are my preference on super small slates, and I like to pick one of the games to fully stack. I’ll be loading up as heavily as I can on all the Pelicans and Hawks while being underweight on the Magic and Mavericks.
Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?

About the Author
Robert Brown (aka Epignosis) was having lunch at a sports bar. A football game was on. He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
