NBA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Thursday, November 7

Who is your favorite player to spend up for in cash games?

Notorious: Rudy Gobert
headChopper: Victor Wembanyama
Dean78904: Giannis Antetokounmpo

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Notorious: I play small-field and single-entry contests. A lot of the slate hinges on the availability of Giannis Antetokounmpo. It’s hard to know if I will focus on a balanced build or more of a stars-and-scrubs build until we know his availability. As it stands now, I’m planning to be overweight on Rudy Gobert and Coby White.

headChopper: I am playing multi-entry in large-field contests. With this unique small slate where all games lock at the same time, my strategy will be to lock in as many as two players and make sure I’m over the field on my two favorites. The injury news will dictate who those players are, but I won’t be spreading my player pool around — it will be very condensed.

Dean78904: I will focus on single-entry contests. I love it when every game starts at the exact same time, as we have a true sprint slate. The tricky part here is that we are at the mercy of the injury report. The slate is small, but there are several key pieces of news we’re stuck waiting for (I’m looking at you, Giannis Antetokounmpo). As a general thought, I like the idea of game stacking, as we have at least one bad team in every game. I know you sometimes feel like you for sure know, but there is no foolproof way of predicting which games blow out and which play tight. That said, you can commit to a game script and let your specific lineup tell that story.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
