NBA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Wednesday, February 25

Who is your favorite player to spend up for in cash games?

Notorious: Alperen Sengun
Dean78904: Alperen Sengun
tcsmith031: Alperen Sengun

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Notorious: I’ll be in the small-field and single-entry tournament streets. My biggest stand is to be overweight on Kevin Porter Jr. He doesn’t project particularly well, which should keep his ownership at bay.

Dean78904: I focus on single-entry and smaller-field types of contests. When it comes to my lineup building, I will be stressing correlation. I can see a scenario where I play no one from the CLE/MIL game and hope for a blowout, but I could also see rostering Kevin Porter Jr. and running it back with at least one of James Harden, Donovan Mitchell, and Jarrett Allen (especially if Evan Mobley sits out). A similar “no half measures” approach will be in play for SA/TOR.

tcsmith031: It’ll be mostly 20-max contests for me tonight. Oklahoma City and Golden State are the value teams du jour. The issue with OKC value is that they still have plenty of rotation bodies, and they’re also facing a brutal matchup on the road against the 2nd-best defensive team in the league. I certainly won’t be fading the cheap Thunder, but I’m interested in correlating lineups with multiple OKC pieces alongside either Cade Cunningham or Jalen Duren on the other side. That’s one way to get an ownership edge while still eating some of the Thunder chalk.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
