NBA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Monday, December 11

Which useful trend or statistic stuck out most during your research?

Notorious: The Pistons could be a sneaky team to target. They are playing at home and are likely going to be without Jalen Duren and Marvin Bagley. More importantly, they are facing a Pacers team that is 1st in pace and 29th in defensive rating. Detroit’s team total is a whopping 12.1 points higher than their season average.

squirrelpatrol: Luka Doncic, Dante Exum, Dereck Lively, Tim Hardaway, and Derrick Jones all see point-per-minute increases with Kyrie Irving off the court this season. Jones sees the biggest jump from 0.82 to 0.92 DK points per minute, while Luka sees his already incredible 1.68 DK points-per-minute average increase to 1.7 DK points per minute.

tcsmith031: There is a ridiculous amount of value on this slate, especially at the center position. Even more could emerge later in the day depending on injury news. I’m happy to eat some of this cheap chalk, but in multi-entry GPPs, I plan to get some exposure to some of the more expensive center options. Guys like Joel Embiid, Myles Turner, Alperen Sengun, and Chet Holmgren all stand out at what should be very limited ownership.

TastefulTides: If you take a glance at LineupHQ and sort by RG Value, you will see that Embiid, Jokic, and Doncic rank 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in that metric. This is going to be stars and scrubs slate and there is likely more value to come on such a short slate.

Bobby Gomes: The DEN/ATL game represents the third-highest total on the slate (240), and they are both top 10 in offensive rating. Furthermore, the spread is close (Denver -2.5). The Hawks should speed up the game flow, as they rank 3rd in pace.

Who is your top overall play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
