NBA DFS Playoff Primer: Thursday, April 20
The NBA postseason is finally upon us. We no longer have to worry about players resting, late scratches, and teams trying to lose. For the next couple of months, we get meaningful basketball game after meaningful basketball game. We have decided to combine the Core Plays and the Grind Down into one all-encompassing article for the NBA playoffs. We will break down each slate, sift through the game flow trackers of prior meetings between teams, cover the notable matchups, and provide our favorite NBA DFS targets.
Happy Thursday everyone! We are nearly to the weekend and we have three more games to break down this evening. The Nets and Warriors will desperately try to climb back in their respective series, while we have a pivotal game three in Los Angeles with that series being tied at a game apiece. I, for one, can’t wait to see the drama that unfolds with the Warriors and Kings. As far as injuries go, there are a few that we need to monitor. If you didn’t hear, Draymond Green has been suspended for his WWE style stomp on Domantas Sabonis. Additionally, Jalen McDaniels, Gary Payton, Jordan Poole, Andrew Wiggins, and Cam Payne are all listed as questionable.
We are only through two games in each series and so much has already happened. This is shaping up to be one of the best playoffs in a long time.
