NBA DFS Core Plays LIVE: Monday, October 30th

A daily fantasy sports OG, Notorious has been roaming the DFS streets ever since they were invented. He has racked up multiple live final seats and several six-figure tournament wins in his DFS career, and Noto will mix it up in all different types of contests. So, who better to walk you through the madness of an NBA DFS slate? Core Plays LIVE will zoom out on the slate as a whole, zoom in on the best NBA DFS picks, and constantly update as news breaks. Whether you are diving into the slate 5 hours before it starts or 5 minutes before it starts, you’ve come to the right place.
We are a day away from Halloween and I have decided that there are really only two types of people in the world — you are either a big Halloween person or you would be just fine if it went by the wayside. If I didn’t have a kid that loves to wear a costume and go trick-or-treating, I would be a member of the second group. Look, I’m all for people getting excited about something that’s outside the scope of their usual lives, this just isn’t the holiday for me.
When I think of the fall, I think of football, basketball, baseball playoffs, and maybe even Thanksgiving. Dead clowns, skeletons, and fake blood don’t quite make that list. While I might be a All Hallows’ Eve curmudgeon, I do my part. Ever since I was little, I wanted to be the house that gave out full-size candy bars, so that’s exactly what I do. My problem is that I can never seem to guess the amount of candy I’ll need. One year I’ll have boxes left over and another I’ll run out and start handing out chips.
I wish we still had the comments feature of these article because I would love to see how the rest of the DFS community feels about Halloween. As with most things in life, I’m a big believer in the phrase to each their own. Let me like what I like, you can like what you like, and let’s find some common ground with our love of DFS. Speaking of, we have a frightful 11-game slate on tap tonight, so we better get right into it.

Team Previews
Chicago Bulls (at IND): You generally don’t see players-only meetings called after one game into the season, but that’s exactly what happened with the Bulls. Billy Donovan can’t be feeling great right now, as his team sits 1-2 in the standings. From a DFS standpoint, Chicago actually finds itself in a very favorable spot. The Pacers have played at the fastest pace of any team on the slate and aren’t afraid to get into high-scoring affairs with their opponents. As has been the case all season, DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic are both underpriced on DraftKings. Coby White has also flashed some upside if you want to look his way in tournaments.
