A daily fantasy sports OG, Notorious has been roaming the DFS streets ever since they were invented. He has racked up multiple live final seats and several six-figure tournament wins in his DFS career, and Noto will mix it up in all different types of contests. So, who better to walk you through the madness of an NBA DFS slate? Core Plays LIVE will zoom out on the slate as a whole, zoom in on the best NBA DFS picks, and constantly update as news breaks. Whether you are diving into the slate 5 hours before it starts or 5 minutes before it starts, you’ve come to the right place.
Halloween is in the rear-view mirror and before we know it, Thanksgiving will be here. Then it’s just a quick hop and and a skip to Christmas. Outside of the weather, this is the best time of year. We are finally to the point where we think we know these NFL teams, the NBA season is in full swing, and we even have some of the more niche sports going. It doesn’t get much better than this from a DFS and betting standpoint.
We have a four-game slate on tap tonight and naturally, there are a lot of injuries to monitor. It’s wild that there are this many injuries this early in the season, but that’s just the nature of the NBA these days. We’ll cover the injuries, take a look at the matchups, and talk about the top plays of the slate.

Team Previews
Toronto Raptors (at PHI): There are four teams playing in the second half of a back-to-back and the Raptors are one of them. They are 2-3 to start the season and have a tough this evening. Both the Raptors and Sixers play at a slow pace and we know Philadelphia can play good defense. This all adds up to Toronto having the lowest implied total on the board. This is a slate where there aren’t many positive RG Values in LineupHQ, but I suppose that could change depending on injuries. Dennis Schroder (1.11 DK / 1.05 FD) is off to a nice start this season and is affordable on DraftKings, while Jakob Poeltl is a tad underpriced on FanDuel. Everyone else feels like large-field tournament targets.
