A daily fantasy sports OG, Notorious has been roaming the DFS streets ever since they were invented. He has racked up multiple live final seats and several six-figure tournament wins in his DFS career, and Noto will mix it up in all different types of contests. So, who better to walk you through the madness of an NBA DFS slate? Core Plays LIVE will zoom out on the slate as a whole, zoom in on the best NBA DFS picks, and constantly update as news breaks. Whether you are diving into the slate 5 hours before it starts or 5 minutes before it starts, you’ve come to the right place.
Happy Tuesday!
After a Monday that didn’t have any NBA games, we have 14 of them on the schedule this evening. The NBA regular season is nearing its close, as there are only five days left on the schedule. After that, we’ll have the Play-In Tournament and then head straight into the playoffs. FanDuel and DraftKings did not agree on their main slate sizes, as the former is rolling out at 10-game slate and the latter is rolling out an 11-game slate. We will focus most of our attention on the main slate games but will cover the matchups and injuries for the other games in the team previews section.
For those wondering, I had a great golf trip over the weekend. Between 36 holes a day, a drink or two, and late-night visits to the casino, my body and mind aren’t too happy with me at the moment. That said, being away from DFS for a few days does provide some motivation to be better than ever. I also want to point out that it is Masters week. It’s the best golf tournament on the planet, and we have a ton of great content for both betting and DFS purposes.
Let’s dive into tonight’s NBA slate!

Team Previews
Indiana Pacers (at TOR): We kick off the slate with the Pacers, who have won 7 of their last 10 games. They have vaulted up to 6th in the Eastern Conference and are hoping to avoid the Play-In Tournament. They draw a favorable matchup against the Raptors and come into the game with a team total that is 3.1 points above their season average. Other than Bennedict Mathurin (out for the season), the Pacers should have everyone available for this game. Pascal Siakam, Myles Turner, and Tyrese Haliburton all have positive RGValues in the projections. Turner has been solid over his last 4 games (averaging 33.6 fantasy points) and is still priced under $7,000 on both FanDuel and DraftKings.
Toronto Raptors (vs. IND): The Raptors have won 2 games in a row but have already been eliminated from the playoffs. They are essentially counting down the hours until they can punch out and start their offseason plans. They draw a favorable matchup at home against the Pacers and come into the game with a team total that is 1.7 points higher than their season average. Scottie Barnes, Immanuel Quickley, Jakob Poeltl, Chris Boucher, and Jontay Porter have all been ruled out, while Gradey Dick is listed as questionable. I wouldn’t look to the Raptors in a cash game setting, but Kelly Olynyk, Gary Trent, and RJ Barrett are all viable in large-field tournaments. They all offer upside in a favorable matchup at home.
