POINT GUARD
Kyrie Irving – $8,800 – His usage is simply ridiculous with LeBron out of commission, and he attempted a whopping 26 shots in the Cavs’ last game against Houston. He scored 38 actual points in that game, though the rest of his line was a bit underwhelming. Nevertheless, his price has come down quite a bit on DraftKings and he is an attractive target against the fast-paced Warriors tonight. James will be out for a few more games, so there should be some more nice nights in store for Irving.
Jarrett Jack – $6,400 – Though his price is starting to rise, Jack must be considered as a very solid mid-range option for cash games this evening. Deron Williams is now out indefinitely, which means Jack is in line for another game with upwards of 40 minutes of court time. That game also happens to come against the fantasy-friendly Sixers. He is one of the safest mid-range plays on the board as he is averaging 31 fantasy points over his last ten games.
SHOOTING GUARD
Victor Oladipo – $6,100 – For whatever reason, DraftKings seems hesitant to raise Oladipo’s price. He has slowly climbed to just over the $6,000 mark, but that still seems a bit light. Since moving back to his natural shooting guard spot, Oladipo has been a steady performer for the Magic. He plays a hefty chunk of minutes and has topped 25 fantasy points in each of his last nine games. He should definitely be able to hit that mark again tonight against a poor Lakers defense.
Eric Gordon – $4,500 – It is very tough to make a lineup and comfortably click the name “Eric Gordon” as we have all been burned before. However, he has looked healthy in his first two starts and there is no minutes restriction. The risk of taking him is minimal since his price is still $4,500, so give him a look while he’s cheap. It’s hard to stomach, but he did put up a respectable 29 fantasy points the last time out.
