Utah at Phoenix
- Vegas Line – No Lines Set for This Game Yet
- Utah Proj. Starters – Burke-Hayward-Jefferson-Favors-Kanter
- Phoenix Proj. Starters – Dragic-Bledsoe-Tucker-Frye-Plumlee
Utah
These two teams met last night in Utah and it was a blowout most of the way. Now they travel to Phoenix to do it again and it’s hard for me to see a different result. The Suns are favored by 8.5, but don’t be surprised if this game is over by the end of the 3rd quarter just like it was last night. Gordon Hayward has played well against the Suns this season and makes a decent play, but if they get down big, he’s going to find himself on the bench in the 2nd half.
Phoenix
The Suns have a favorable matchup, but like I said this game will likely be a lot like the game last night. The Suns did get Eric Bledsoe back last night which is very promising for the Suns. Goran Dragic continue to be on fire, I think he makes a solid play if you are willing to risk the blowout. Channing Frye is in that same boat, but he’s a little less risky because his price tag is much cheaper.
Boston at Milwaukee
- Vegas Line – Boston -1.5, 187 Over/Under
- Boston Proj. Starters – Crawford-Bradley-Green-Sullinger-Bass
- Milwaukee Proj. Starters – Ridnour-Mayo-Middleton-Ilyasova-Pachulia
Boston
The Celtics and Bucks are two bad teams, but luckily for us, they are equally bad so this should be a good game. The Celtics are playing some good basketball and there are a few different value plays that should be on your radar.
- Jordan Crawford – Crawford is coming off of a triple-double last night against the Cavs. I don’t think anyone would have ever thought that Crawford would ever be able to post a triple-double, but you have to give him credit. He has really worked hard on changing his game and becoming a better team player. I like the matchup tonight against the Bucks.
- Jeff Green – Green is finally starting to get aggressive on the offensive end. I don’t know if it’s because he is getting big minutes or because his confidence is up, but either way, now is the time to buy low on Green.
Milwaukee
The Bucks rotation seems to change every night. Coach Larry Drew continues to frusrate us daily fantasy players because he is not giving consistent minutes to any one player. I love the price tag on O.J. Mayo, but who knows if he will see 15 or 35 minutes. Brandon Knight is probably the one player that you can count on to see big minutes, but he has yet to prove himself as a viable fantasy option. With all of the uncertainty here, the best option is to look elsewhere.
