NBA PrizePicks Player Predictions for Monday (2/10)

Caruso of the Thunder

I’m here to share a few of my (free!) top picks for today’s NBA slate on PrizePicks. Most of these predictions are heavily based on our projections.

Be mindful of the fact that the news cycle in the NBA is fluid, so the picks below may become more or less appealing depending on player availability. But rest assured that our NBA DFS projections team is making updates as soon as news breaks.

We have 10 games on the schedule as the NBA is set to tip off on 2/10. Below, I’ll detail how I’m approaching things on PrizePicks this Monday evening.

First… Sign Up to Make NBA PrizePicks Picks

If you want to play along but haven’t signed up yet, grab a special offer with our PrizePicks promo code “GRINDERS” to get $50 on a $5 entry! PrizePicks – one of the most popular DFS pick’em sites – provides player projections for NBA matchups each day. The ball is then in our court to decide whether a player will ultimately exceed or fall short of those projections in the games. With a huge roster of players available from which to choose, we just need to make a minimum of two picks to build an entry.

I’ll break down the board by looking at factors like usage rates, projected pace, lines in the sports betting market, and of course, our RotoGrinders projections to forecast how NBA players might fare in categories like points, rebounds, and assists. Pelicans vs. Thunder NBA PrizePicks Predictions

Here are the Pelicans vs. Thunder NBA PrizePicks predictions for tonight:

Alex Caruso More Than 4.5 Rebounds + Assists

We project him at 6.12 Rebounds + Assists, which is significantly above the mark. Additionally, our simulations show this pick has a 7.6% edge and a 65.3% win probability, making it a statistically favorable choice. Caruso has been a consistent contributor for the Oklahoma City Thunder, averaging 2.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game this season. His recent form and role in the rotation further bolster confidence in his ability to surpass this mark.

This is also the No. 1 matchup on the board when you look at our Defense vs. Archetypes Tool.

Jaylin Williams Less Than 6.5 Points

We project him at 5.21 points, which is well below the projection set by PrizePicks. Our simulations also show this pick has a 4.5% edge and a 62.2% win probability, making it quite solid. Williams averages 5.8 points per game this season while shooting 39.2% from the field.

His limited role, averaging just 16.9 (we have him projected for 16) minutes per game, further supports the likelihood of him staying under this mark.

Kings vs. Mavericks NBA PrizePicks Predictions

Here are the Kings vs. Mavericks NBA PrizePicks predictions for tonight:

Domantas Sabonis Less Than 39.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists

We project him at 37.01 Points + Rebounds + Assists, which is below threshold, and our simulations show a 3.9% edge with a 61.6% win probability. Sabonis has averaged 34.3 Points + Rebounds + Assists over his last 10 games, staying below 39.5 in six of those contests.

Sabonis is always a scare fade, but I’ll side with the projections.
