NBA Summer League DFS Strategy: Monday, July 8th

Hello Grinders, Happy Monday. Hope everyone had a safe 4th of July weekend.

With the MLB All-Star weekend upon us, these next four days can be tough for those of us used to the daily grind. Some of us hardcore players will probably dabble in NBA Summer League and I will probably be one of those degens. I thought I’d provide a few thoughts on today’s slate. This article will be briefer than a normal slate breakdown, and I’ll get into the reasons shortly.

Summer League Rules

There’s a good tweet here by Rod Beard summarizing the Summer League rules. The key things to note are that the games are shorter and it’s pretty much impossible to foul out unless you’re just unable to keep your hands to yourself. This allows players to really get the playing time they need without having to worry about fouling out. Because games are shorter, even 20 minutes of playing time is significant on these slates.
