NFL DFS Showdown Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Sunday Night Football
What is your favorite game-script build and why?
squirrelpatrol: This game is a bit of coal on Christmas Eve, but I still think we can have some fun with single-game contests. I prefer the game script where the Patriots passing game looks better than expected, and I think Bailey Zappe, Demario Douglas, etc. could be underdowned for a game where they may have to be passing the ball to catch up.
Notorious: My favorite game script is the Broncos building a big lead and then we see them take their foot off the gas offensively. I like the Broncos D/ST, Javonte Williams, and Wil Lutz. Then I’m hoping the Patriots’ players get there in garbage time.
TastefulTides: Bailey Zappe hasn’t looked completely incompetent like Mac Jones did for most of the regular season. I think this game has a bit more offensive appeal than the field may realize. I want to make sure to be heavy on Javonte Williams and run it back with the very affordable NE pass catchers. I will possibly fade Elliott just because of ownership concerns, and it’s a way to build out a different type of construction.
TJ Zwarych: The Broncos have been playing much better lately, especially defensively. I expect them to get ahead early and rely on their ground game, while the Patriots will be forced to pass the ball more in catch-up mode.
What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
