NFL DFS Showdown Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Thursday Night Football
What is your favorite game-script build and why?
squirrelpatrol: I don’t think this game will be a shootout, but I think the New Orleans pass offense will look the best it has all season at home in the dome against a Jaguars pass defense that has allowed the 2nd-most passing yards per game in the NFL. I like the Saints in a close game behind Derek Carr and Chris Olave.
headChopper: I think this game exceeds its point total. I think both teams can find offense via big plays. That’s how I am going to attack this game in my DFS lineups.
kmurray03: The game script is largely going to depend on the health of Trevor Lawrence, at least for the Jags. His status sounds cloudy, so even if he does play, I am fairly worried about how healthy he is. With that being the case, I like the game script of the Saints leading here and controlling the tempo.
TJ Zwarych: I think this is going to be a slow, defensive game with Trevor Lawrence likely playing hurt and the Saints offense struggling so far this season. Alvin Kamara, Christian Kirk, and Chris Olave will be my priorities, but both defenses and kickers are in play as well.
