NFL DFS Showdown Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Thursday Night Football

What is your favorite game-script build and why?

squirrelpatrol: My favorite game script is a Bailey Zappe vs. Mitch Trubisky shootout. I don’t think it’s likely to happen, but I think the game total will lead people away from the passing games much more than is justified. The winning score in our single-game contests tonight won’t be competing against any other games, so one big passing play from either side could have a major impact at low ownership.

headChopper: Ugly game. Two good defenses and two poor offenses. I actually think the offenses will be better this week than most of this season so far with the QB changes, but It should still be a rough go for them against these defenses. I think there will be limited TDs, so we are going to need to nail all of them in our lineups.

kmurray03: I will definitely be building around a low-scoring game in the majority of my lineups. Both offenses are in rough shape, as evidenced by the low total. I also prefer Pittsburgh onslaught builds, either 4-2 or 5-2.

TJ Zwarych: This should be an incredibly gross game, with one of the lower totals we’ve ever seen. I plan to be heavily overweight on the kickers, assuming it’s low scoring and close, with points coming at an absolute premium.

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
