ResultsDB Top DFS Scorers From Last Week
Tyler Lockett

DraftKings Salary: $6,600
FanDuel Salary: $7,400
Yahoo Salary: $24
DraftKings Fantasy Points: 56
DraftKings Fantasy Ownership: 10.03%
I’m an old man. As such, I went to sleep without watching SNF. When I went to sleep, I was making money in DFS. When I woke up, I was losing money. And Tyler Lockett is almost entirely to blame. Lockett put up one of the more insane stat lines you’ll ever see a receiver drop as he caught 15-of-20 targets for 200-yards (200!!!) and 3 TDs good for 56 DK points. Russell Wilson and the Seahawks seemed content letting DK Metcalf occupy Arizona’s top CB Patrick Peterson while Lockett just dusted Dre Kirkpatrick and Byron Murphy all over the field. While it’s probably fair to label Lockett’s fantasy production this season as inconsistent, he now has two 3 TD games on the season and is someone you should almost always have tournament exposure to whenever Seattle plays.
Davante Adams

DraftKings Salary: $7,900
FanDuel Salary: $8,900
Yahoo Salary: $35
DraftKings Fantasy Points: 46.7
DraftKings Ownership: 23.16%
After a slow first game back from injury, Davante Adams is back and he’s as healthy as ever. Adams saw a massive 47% target share against the Texans as he hauled in 13-of-16 targets for 196 -yards and two TDs. While it’s unfair to expect a nearly 50% target share moving forward, Adams is no doubt Green Bay’s top receiving weapon and it would be unsurprising if he averaged a still gaudy 30%+ target share for the remainder of the season.
Justin Herbert

DraftKings Salary: $6,400
FanDuel Salary: $7,500
Yahoo Salary: $32
DraftKings Fantasy Points: 41.48
DraftKings Ownership: 11.15%
Justin Herbert was Week 7’s highest-scoring QB and the rookie did it both through the air (347-3) and with his legs (66-1). Sunday marked Herbert’s third 300+ yard passing game in five starts and he’s failed to top 20 DraftKings points just once this season. Despite all of his success this year, I would still temper your expectations for Herbert’s Week 8 road matchup against the Broncos at Mile High Stadium.
