NFL DFS Usage Trends - Part I: NFC Week 11

In this space, we look at usage patterns that stick out to us, team-by-team, to help us for the following week.

This week is a bit different. Due to someone close to us recovering from a COVID infection, my family is in quarantine, playing it safe with the new baby. We have no symptoms and have all tested negative, so we’re fine, but everyone is home, giving me no room to breathe and perform this full article. I am covering Part One, which is the NFC, and Chris Gimino will be covering the AFC in Part Two.

Not sure why you just write off ALL of the Giants. Gallman is worthwhile and won me $$$ last weekend…

MVS won people a lot of money, too. I would’ve covered Gallman, but we’re focusing on Week 11. Giants are on bye. No one will be talking about Gallman until next week.

Good work. Thank you for this early usage breakdown.

Right- I guess what I am saying is it seems like it would be helpful to cover immediately after they played for some of the impressions rather than a week later. Thanks for the coverage, hope the family gets healthy

Short answer: I think yes, CAR WRs are in play? I have them in this week’s Grind Down. On one hand, DJ Moore is creating his own air yards and yards after the catch, so should be fine with a gunslinger. I also would hope that the unpredictable Curtis Samuel gimmick wrenches are kept in the toolbox to simplify the gameplan. But that’s the hope. Robby, I’m concerned, but I’d have to see some ownership projections, first.
