Week 5 of Monday Night Football is a potential Super Bowl preview, with Josh Allen and the Bills visiting Matthew Stafford and the Rams at SoFi Stadium.

Buffalo suffered a rare home loss in Week 4 against New England and will be looking to bounce back this evening. The Rams are the healthiest they have been at any point in 2026, and they will be hoping to get over the .500 mark for the first time this season.

Kickoff is set for 8:15 pm ET on ESPN.

The NFL odds for this matchup have the Rams favored by 3.5 points ahead of kickoff. The total is set at over/under 54.5 points.

Below, you can find three of my favorite player props for Bills vs. Rams!

Best NFL Player Props for Bills vs. Rams

Here are my top player prop bets, with kickoff scheduled for 8:15 PM ET on Monday, October 12th:

Josh Allen UNDER 289.5 Passing + Rushing Yards (-115, BetMGM)

Joshua Palmer has already been ruled out for tonight’s action, and DJ Moore was a non-participant at practice this week until logging a limited session on Saturday. This is a receiving corps that is nowhere near full strength in a matchup against a talented Rams defense that hasn’t allowed more than 205 passing yards in a game yet in 2026.

Allen has cleared this number in 3 of 4 games to begin the year, but he has yet to face an opponent like the Rams, a pass defense that ranks 3rd in EPA/play and 3rd in success rate in games played on United States soil this season.

Blake Corum OVER 7.5 Rushing Attempts (+111, Novig)

Matthew Stafford attempted 55 passes against Denver in Week 3 and 51 passes against Philadelphia in Week 4. Head coach Sean McVay would surely love not to extend that streak of 50+ attempts into Week 5.

Part of the team’s pass-heavy approach the last two weeks was a consequence of facing a deficit in a trailing game script in the second half. Part of that approach was also likely a function of the team not being able to run as many sets with three tight ends as they would like due to injuries to Colby Parkinson and Terrance Ferguson.

Parkinson is back tonight, which should allow the Rams to run the ball more frequently against a Bills run defense that ranks 22nd in EPA/play and 29th in success rate this season.

Corum was out-snapped 70-to-13 by Kyren Williams in Week 4, but he still carried the rock 5 times. In a more neutral game script in Week 2, Corum and Williams each had 12 rush attempts.

The Rams will need to keep Corum involved in the team’s ground attack, especially with how much energy Williams is expending in pass protection and catching passes out of the backfield. This is a great buy-low spot for Corum.

Josh Allen UNDER 0.5 Anytime Touchdowns (+111, Novig)

If looking to bet against history on Monday Night Football, this is the wager for you.

Allen has scored a rushing touchdown in each of Buffalo’s first four games in 2026. No quarterback in NFL history has scored a rushing touchdown in each of his team’s first five games of a season.

The Rams are a talented defense that figures to limit Buffalo’s red-zone opportunities this evening. Los Angeles looks like they will also have Aaron Donald and Jaylen Watson back on the field tonight after both players missed Week 4 against the Eagles.

This could be a fun sweat.
