This week’s edition of Sunday Night Football will feature Jordan Love and the Packers against Dak Prescott and the Cowboys. Kickoff is set for 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC from AT&T Stadium.
Green Bay would be undefeated, if not for an improbable Week 3 loss to the Browns in which they had a 92% win probability late in the 4th quarter. Dallas has struggled to stay healthy early this season, which has contributed to an underwhelming 1-2 start. Tonight, the Cowboys are going to be down a few key contributors once again, with WR CeeDee Lamb, C Cooper Beebe, and RG Tyler Booker all having been ruled out.
Looking at NFL odds for Packers vs. Cowboys, oddsmakers aren’t expecting this game to be too competitive, with Green Bay favored by 6.5 points ahead of kickoff. For the sake of good entertainment, let’s hope they are wrong and we get some exciting football to close out the day!
Below, you can find three of my favorite player props for Packers vs. Cowboys!
Best NFL Player Props for Packers vs. Cowboys
Here are my top player prop bets, with kickoff scheduled for 8:20 PM ET on Sunday, September 28th:
- Josh Jacobs Over/Under 72.5 Rushing Yards
- Jordan Love Over/Under 29.5 Pass Attempts
- Tucker Kraft Over/Under 43.5 Receiving Yards
Josh Jacobs OVER 72.5 Rushing Yards (-114, DraftKings)

Jacobs was bottled up by an elite Cleveland run defense in Week 3, which is creating a good buy-low spot for him in Week 4 in a much more favorable matchup against the Cowboys. Through 3 weeks, Dallas’ run defense ranked 19th in EPA/play and 21st in success rate. There might be some inefficiencies for Green Bay’s ground attack this evening due to some offensive line injuries, but Jacobs is capable of breaking a big run at any moment.
Jordan Love OVER 29.5 Pass Attempts (-121, DraftKings)

Green Bay is likely to be without a pair of starting offensive linemen on Sunday Night Football, which could lead to them calling more short-yardage options in the passing game than relentlessly pounding the rock in this matchup. Dallas is healthier in the secondary unit than they have been in recent weeks, but they still lack a consistent pass rush, which has contributed to them ranking 27th in success rate allowed through the air in 2025. Love could be busy through the air tonight, especially early in the game.
Tucker Kraft OVER 43.5 Receiving Yards (-115, BetMGM)

Kraft only had 29 receiving yards last week against Cleveland, but he was still tied for 2nd on the team in 1st-read target%. If Green Bay ends up prioritizing the short-yardage passing game this evening, Kraft could be the primary beneficiary given his 7.1 aDOT through 3 weeks. The team’s wide receivers have been used more downfield early this fall, and that is unlikely to change against a Dallas pass defense that has struggled to stop big plays early this year.
