What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Moneyball16: Large-field GPPs – The smaller the slate, the more attention I pay to pOWN% and leverage. On top of that, I do think Sean Monahan‘s return will be underestimated. He was having one of the great underrated years before he got hurt in January and is the type of player who makes those around him better.

Joda: Large-field tournaments are my preferred format tonight. Without the usual superstars on the slate, we have access to more volatile skaters. NYI/CBJ likely will have a playoff feel and could be tighter than expected. The Islanders are aggressively priced, which makes them a contrarian take in tournaments. Columbus gets Sean Monahan back, which should help their offense, which has sputtered of late. UTA/DET looks like the best game for offense given Detroit’s penalty kill and goaltending woes. I anticipate the Detroit side being lower-owned, so on a slate this small, I will let pOWN% steer me.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
