What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Moneyball16: Large-field GPPs – I think Seattle is in prime position to find good, cheap, underrated plays tonight. The Kings locked up home ice in their first-round matchup with Edmonton last night, so not only do they not have much to play for, but they will also be tired, and they will have backup David Rittich in net. There is a good shot they rest players for the playoffs tonight, and we don’t find out about it until late. This would take a bad matchup and make it a good matchup for the Kraken players, but they are still priced like it’s a bad matchup.

boggslite: Large-field tournaments – Columbus, St. Louis, and Minnesota all have a lot to play for and have great matchups, which is where most of my focus will be tonight. Seattle has plenty of value facing a Kings team that will likely be resting many starters after beating Edmonton last night, making them a solid team to pair with Minnesota and Columbus.

Joda: Large-field tournaments are my preferred format tonight. Given the matchup and motivation for Minnesota on a night when most teams are playing for nothing, it is really hard to get away from their top line. In 120 minutes of ice time together this season, Kirill Kaprizov, Joel Eriksson Ek, and Matt Boldy have generated 3.3 expected goals per 60 minutes. Anaheim has the worst road xGA/60 at 5-on-5 this season. I will look to get different with my secondary pieces.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
