NHL DFS Picks: DraftKings Expert Survey for Wednesday, April 15
Who is your favorite skater to spend up for in cash games?
TastefulTides: Jack Eichel
boggslite: Jack Eichel
What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
TastefulTides: Single entry is my preferred format. In small-field GPPs, I think Vegas is going to be pretty highly owned, but I think they are good chalk. They need to pick up a win, and it’s a fantastic matchup. If I play any large-field GPPs, I might take a shot on the Lightning against an inexperienced goaltender playing on the road.
boggslite: Single entry is my preferred tournament format. Vegas is playing the only meaningful game from a playoff standpoint, while several teams are “tanking” to ensure they have better chances of landing the #1 overall pick. My plan is to build around the top power play of Vegas, but I also think the SJS/CHI game could be relevant fantasy-wise. I will likely take a stars-and-scrubs approach, with Ottawa and Chicago my likely source of cheaper skaters.
Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
