NHL DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Sunday, December 17

Who is your top overall play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?

Moneyball16: Nathan MacKinnon – At home versus San Jose is the best matchup in the league for one of the league’s top players, and he correlates great with other top plays on the slate in Rantanen, Nichuskin, and Toews (if Makar is out for this one as well).

Joda: Nathan MacKinnon – The Avalanche were manhandled in Winnipeg last night, so I expect a better effort tonight on home ice. San Jose has looked more competitive lately, but it’s a tall task to ask them to contain MacKinnon over three periods.

Who is your favorite contrarian play (when considering price, matchup, projected ownership, etc.) on the board and why?
