NHL DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Thursday, February 15

Who is your favorite contrarian play (when considering price, matchup, projected ownership, etc.) on the board and why?

Moneyball16: Mika Zibanejad – He hasn’t been great lately, or even particularly good this season, but he is still an absolute weapon on the power play. At home vs. a Montreal team that should have Arber Xhekaj in the lineup should allow for lots of power-play opportunities for Mika.

ezellmt: Artemi Panarin – Yes, Panarin has been really average (or bad by his standards) for a while now. And his price hasn’t come down. But the matchup against Montreal is just so good. In Panarin’s only other game against the Canadiens this year, he had a goal, an assist, and 8 shots on goal. Sure, he was playing better then, but it still shows what he’s capable of in this matchup.

boggslite: Artemi Panarin – His shot volume and production have cooled off after a solid first half of the season, but his price remains high. Tonight, he has a great opportunity to turn things around against a weak Montreal team that allows too many scoring chances for their own good and ranks 30th in PK% this season.

Who is your top overall play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
