Who is your favorite value play?
What player and/or line stack are you fading and why?
Boggslite: NYR 1 – Despite the tremendous talent this line has, the Rangers have struggled to generate offense on the road this season. Things don’t get any easier tonight heading to Minnesota to face a Wild team that allows the fewest scoring chances on home ice.
JayWilly: NYR1 – You can pick either NYR1 or CGY1 and you’d be correct. Both are on the road going against two of the best defensive centers/teams in the league
What’s your hot take of the night?
JMBWngFn: A three point night for Brent Burns
Boggslite: Pittsburgh scores 5+ goals
JayWilly: WPG beats WSH by at least 3 goals
Who are you most likely to be overweight on compared to the field and why?
JMBWngFn: Brent Burns – He draws a favorable home matchup against an Arizona team that was in action last night who he’s already racked up five assists against this season in just three prior meetings. He also has one of the highest floors on the board thanks to his league leading 237 SOG.
Boggslite: MIN 2 – This line could go overlooked on tonight’s full slate but they draw a great matchup against a depleted Rangers defense that will be without their top defenseman.
JayWilly: PIT Skaters – The Penguins are definitely my top option on the night, as Ottawa on the road is about as favorable of a matchup as you’ll find. The ownership will be high, but with the likes of Tampa Bay, Vegas, San Jose, and Minnesota all in good spots, ownership might not get out of hand.
