Notorious' NFL DFS Core Plays: Divisional Round
I ended up having a breakeven weekend of DFS. The Saturday slate ended up being a lot better than the Sunday slate, as I didn’t have enough exposure to the Browns and Steelers game. How wild was the first quarter of that game by the way? And what was up with all of the coaches being super conservative and punting the ball on fourth and short? While it wasn’t a profitable weekend, there is nothing better than watching playoff football and we get four more games to enjoy this weekend.
I have essentially narrowed my quarterback pool down to three options — Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, and Josh Allen. They are clearly the three best plays on the board and they all offer such high/floor ceiling combinations that I don’t see a need to play anyone else. On top of that, we have some serious value at running back, which gives us the cap space needed to spend up at quarterback. The quarterback that I end up with will likely depend on roster construction and whether or not I want to build correlation into my lineups.
