Thursday, November 30th
As we close out the month of November, we have a fairly quiet Thursday night of National Hockey League action, with just seven games on deck. The Nashville Predators, Calgary Flames and Minnesota Wild are tonight’s biggest favorites, and the Montreal Canadiens are the only team playing on the tail end of a back-to-back.

Mike Smith, Calgary Flames – The Calgary Flames are tonight’s biggest favorite, facing the Arizona Coyotes who are certainly not an offensive threat, which means Mike Smith is our safest bet in goal. The Desert Dogs are one of the National Hockey League’s weakest offensive teams, ranking 24th in shots on net and 29th in goals per game, and I do not see them being all the productive tonight in Calgary. Smith is a lock for the win tonight, and there is shutout potential here as well.
