What did everyone think of the course last week? While it was technically a one-off for this specific WGC event, the course may have earned a future spot in the rotation. I’m a big fan of risk/reward courses and we saw plenty of that at the Concession Golf Club. My only complaint is that it felt a bit gimmicky around the greens. There were far too many golfers that were playing ping-pong back and forth on these greens. The one that comes to mind is Harris English, who was 60 feet from the hole (in the fairway) after his second shot on a par five. Easy birdie, right? Nope, he walked away with a nine.
