Greetings, Grinders! If you were a fan of the USA Ryder Cup team, then you are coming off a fun week at Whistling Straits, where the USA dominated the event. It’s always fun to watch the Ryder Cup, but this one was a bit anti-climactic. In any case, we move along to another week and a 144 golfer field for the second event of the fall swing. The Sanderson Farms Championship had generally been held alongside a WGC event or a major, but the 2020 schedule changes allowed this event to be held as a standalone tournament. That continues this year. Though the field isn’t exactly strong, it is better than what we often saw when this was an alternate field tournament.
