Who is your favorite golfer to spend up for in cash games?

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
Notorious: I prefer small-field tournaments, especially in no-cut events. The swings from day to day without a cut are too much for me to follow when building 100+ lineups. My plan of attack is to build two lineups, one with Scottie Scheffler and one with Sam Burns, Russell Henley, and Collin Morikawa. I’m going to have very different builds, which means I’m hoping to hit on all 6 golfers in one lineup while being perfectly content if the 6 golfers in the other lineup all struggle.
stlcardinals84: I will be playing around 20 entries in large-field tournaments. I like quite a few options in the mid-tier price range that are projected to be owned at 10% or less. In addition to the aforementioned Tom Kim, Rickie Fowler is another player I plan to be overweight on. I will also utilize more balanced overall builds, as the no-cut format tends to push more people toward stars-and-scrubs combinations.
Jbails26: I’ll be in various small-field tournaments. I’ll mostly be looking to differentiate in a few spots with guys who still project pretty well but may not be as heavily as clicked because they’re not as strong of values as other golfers. Some of the golfers who may fit this criteria are Sam Burns, Tommy Fleetwood, Collin Morikawa, Alex Smalley, Corey Conners, and Jordan Smith.
hondizzle: I’m not a big fan of no-cut events. While the format makes it easier to build around Scottie Scheffler without worrying about a missed cut sinking your lineup, the smaller field also makes it much more likely that you’ll need to hit on nearly every golfer to take down a big tournament. In a normal event, I’m more comfortable fading some of the one-off plays that can randomly pop and win someone a tournament. This week, there’s a better chance you actually need that golfer. Because of that, I’m scaling back from my normal 150-max approach and playing 20-max contests with a much tighter player pool. I want my 20 lineups telling a concentrated story around the golfers I believe in most rather than spreading exposure across every possible outcome.
