PGA DFS Round 2 Showdown Picks and Projections – The Open Championship
I love links golf. Even though our golfers are at the mercy of good and bad breaks, it’s so great watching professionals have to hit a variety of shots. To be successful on links courses and in the wind, golfers need to work the ball both ways and control their trajectory. As always, I’m excited for the cut sweat on Friday.
As for Showdown strategy, the current forecast calls for 12-14 mph sustained winds and 18-22 mph gusts in the morning, while the afternoon looks quite calm. The afternoon wave in Round 1 played 1.3 strokes easier, so I think we can expect something similar in Round 2.
