PGA DFS Round 3 Showdown Picks and Projections – The Genesis Invitational
Even though only 18 golfers failed to make the cut this week, the 6-of-6 percentage is a lot lower than expected. Around 20% of lineups got all 6 golfers through the cut. My main lineup narrowly got all 6 golfers through and has Scottie Scheffler, so I’m hoping a decent weekend is in store. As far as Showdown for Round 3 goes, the big difference is the tee times. The first 2 rounds had a 2-hour gap between the first and last tee times. On Saturday, there’s a 4-and-a-half-hour gap between the first and last tee times. With wind picking up in the afternoon and with these poa annua greens getting bumpy late in the day, I don’t mind targeting a few of the golfers who are set to tee off early.
